Personal perception by the investigators shouldn’t shape the way a case is investigated. They should do their best to remain unbiased. On April 14th 1984 the body of a newborn baby boy was found on an Ireland beach and launched, not only a completely biased investigation, but public outrage at the way investigators acted and how they let their own opinions completely alter the course of one woman’s life.
