The issue of police violence, and how quick they can be to discharge their weapons, has been a subject of recent debate. But, in areas like Manchester, police officers aren’t armed at all, making the debate change to a matter of police protection. On June 6th 1983, a man was born who would take the lives of 2, unarmed police officers.
