When an investigation seems to stall before it really begins, it’s hard not to look at law enforcement and point the finger. On May 20th 1981 a young woman was born who would become the victim of some sort of abduction. Her case remains unsolved and, if her family is to be believed, the fault lies solely on the police department who handled the investigation.
