On June 24th 1990 a woman named Faye Vann was killed during an attempted carjacking. The odd thing about her case though, was that the man who killed her, was currently serving a life sentence for the murder of a Lee County, Florida policeman. So, how did that happen? How was a man serving time, able to commit a second murder? This is the case of Donald Dillbeck, who was convicted of murder, a second time, on March 15th 1991.
