Sometimes a crime is solved with evidence and police work. Other times, it takes something much bigger to finally bring a killer to justice. On July 29th 1963 a man was born who would go on to earn the horrifying classification of serial killer. A man who might have gotten away with his crimes for years to come if it were not for the bravery of a teenage girl.
