November 28th: Timothy Krajcir Born(1944)
When a serial killer is active, their MO is usually something that can help lead police to an arrest. On November 28th 1944 a man was born who would spend nearly a decade killing women in a way that, because of how different each kill was, had police scratching their heads and never once considering there was an active serial killer hopping from Missouri, to Illinois, and to Pennsylvania.
