Some kids never stand a chance. On March 5th 1939 a young boy was born who would struggle throughout his entire childhood and into his teen years. A boy who, before even reaching adulthood, would take the lives of 3 children and an adult when given the opportunity to walk free once more. A man who would be dubbed the serial killer they couldn’t be cured.
