Hard work and determination are needed to solve some of the coldest cases. On November 21st, 2003 a man died behind bars while serving time for committing one of the worst massacres in Michigan history. But, the hard work and determination of one detective who refused to give up finally connected that same man to a decades-old crime for which he would never see any conviction.
