While elements like witchcraft and the occult can make for an interesting story, sometimes the fear of the unknown and the different create an environment that makes a real case difficult to solve. On August 7th 1972 a young girl disappeared and, when found, created a swirl of rumor that greatly affected the course of her entire case.
