When a couple chooses to adopt, it should be a wonderful moment. They raise a child as their own and, like all parents, have dreams of the amazing person that baby will grow up to become. But in 1959 a couple would adopt a baby that they raised with as much love as they could who would grow up to be a monster with a victim count in the double digits. And, on June 29th 1993 that monster would plead innocent of his heinous crimes against women.
