Sometimes, despite great effort and hard work, our justice system lets a dangerous man slip through the cracks. On December 21st 1952 a monster was born who took the lives of 20 or more men and boys. And, despite investigators best effort to keep this man off the streets, he was able to slip through and take the life of a child before his final arrest. Larry Eyler Born (1952)
