We attempt to decipher the recent announcement by the Works Minister that the decision of the take over of the four highway concessions will be at month end after the Ministry of Finance specifically offered to take the Gamuda highway assets earlier. Also, the Ministry of Transportation holds Grab to it's promise to reimburse specific drivers an additional 5 percent fee.
