The High Court will decide today whether to allow the judicial review filed by former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 Sabah assemblymen. The group is contesting the decision by the Sabah Yang Dipertua Negeri, Tun Juhar Mahiruddin to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly on 30 July. Lim Wei Jiet, a constitutional lawyer weighs in on whether this move is justiciable, and also discusses whether an anti-party hopping law should be enacted.
