Consumers are up in arms about banking fees for cash payments of loans and credit cards. This is part of Bank Negara's big push to go cashless. The fee concerns are valid, but are there ways for banks to absorb these costs especially with their high margins?
Meanwhile EdgeProp becomes the Securities Commission's first licensee for the property crowdfunding platform. This gives more options to investors and home buyers but it is unlikely to solve the country's housing problem.
