The Fed cut interest rates by 0.25% but warned of fewer cuts in 2025, raising inflation projections. Markets reacted sharply, with the Dow dropping over 1,100 points. A government shutdown is likely as President-elect Trump opposes a stopgap funding bill. Meanwhile, the House Ethics Committee plans to release a report on Matt Gaetz, and Rep.
