Moon connects us this week with the four elements air (Aquarius), water, (Pisces), fire (Aries), and earth (Taurus). After the chaos and nervous system testinggg of last week, this week looks to be much more chill overall. The Moon Mamas message this week is about the importance of taking good, good care, not only as a remedy in times when you’re not feeling great, but as a thriving practice when you’re doing well. This potentially disruptive but positive full moon week pushes us to break old patterns. What are you ready to release so you can boldly claim the fact that you are a divine, sacred, unique, and needed part of the collective? The moon invites us to swim through our deep emotions (Scorpio), then step back and explore what we truly believe in (Sagittarius), then plan and/or execute how to materialize our desires (Capricorn), and finally to solidify our mindset that best supports us as we move into the future (Aquarius).

We’re back this week with a few words on this new Cancer lunar cycle (7/5 - 8/4/2024) and the meaning of revolutionary mothering. As well as a lunar forecast for the upcoming week as we are living side-by-side and supported by a fire moon in Leo, then an earth moon in Virgo, then an air moon in Libra, and finally a water moon in Scorpio.

We have a week that may feel busy in our minds, as we come down from the full moon that happened over the weekend, and as Mercury makes its rounds with its planetary friends and foes. At this point in the year, we are highly supported to integrate and practice, practice, practice all that we are learning and healing this year. This is the final week of spring, halfway through 2024, and a time to take stock of what has come up for us this year so far. The moon travels through fiery Leo, earthy Virgo, and air sign Libra. As we tend to ourselves, our homes, and our littles, we have the opportunity to make strides in healing our "masculine" energetics, which means the ways we enact our will and take action toward our desires.

This Gemini new moon wants to know what is love, and it wants you to speak on it. Even though it may challenge authority, and because in order to be in integrity with our hearts, we must. Clarity around this question, along with a deep intuitive knowing about how to best to give and receive care-- are all so available to us this week. As we move into the second half of 2024, we enter new chapters and with them we confront the unknown. With big changes in our lives and the world, we fortify ourselves this week with the loving fire energy of the moon in Leo, the grounding and clarifying earth energy of the moon in Virgo, and the connective air energy of the moon in Libra. It’s a week to prepare ourselves emotionally and practically to receive, as we intentionally call in the life and world we desire.

The Taurus new moon is here, with abundant blessings on our healing processes, and surprises in general. As we continue to reckon with our humanity on this planet and as part of this planet, we are reminded that we are but one life in our long lines of ancestry, behind and ahead. We are here to do our part, no more and no less. Enjoy.

This week— between eclipses as Mercury stations retrograde— the moon helps us to practice being accountable for our self-awareness and self-love, even and especially during times of discomfort and stress.

This week, as we follow the moon, there is potential for a sweet and supported integration of the Libra full moon eclipse. How will we center on love as we move imperfectly toward our ideal relationship with life?

The theme of the week is: “I love myself, I love others. I heal myself, I help others heal themselves.” We build up all week to the Libra full moon eclipse that begins Sunday afternoon and is exact at 12:00am PST on Monday 3/25.

This week winds down the Aquarius moon cycle and leads up to the new moon in Pisces. It's a time to review the past 3-4 weeks and wind down the cycle, and slow down. The overall theme is to practice being present, tending to the body, and being here now. Prioritize rest and allow your whole self to process the changes happening within you now.

After last week's full moon in Virgo, we trace the waning moon through Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius. There is a weight and seriousness in the air as we anticipate the arrival of spring (and of eclipse season). It invites us to make art, to make love, and to make peace with ourselves. The conclusion of the episode was caught off, where I encourage us to continue taking all necessary actions to end atrocities happening in the world.
