HUGO PERRIN, Was 18 years old when he was rushed to the MUHC and was diagnosed with tachycardia (tak-ee-KAHR-dee-uh), an abnormally fast heartbeat. Now 10 years later he’s living with the condition and is speaking out to make others aware on World Heart Day, which is today. He’s also trying to help raise money to fund an Electrophysiology Centre of Excellence at the Glen that will help treat heart conditions just like his.
