A new study is painting a really grim portrait of the water infrastructure here in Quebec. It’s from a coalition of real estate developers, urban planners, construction contractors, and engineering consulting firms called the “Tactical Group on Water”. Felix Rheaume, the Director of Government and Public Affairs at the Construction Association of Quebec joined Aaron Rand.
