Voters in Terrebonne, Quebec, head back to the polls on April thirteenth for a federal byelection, following the Supreme Courts annulment of the previous results due to one uncounted mail-in ballot. Liberal Tatiana Auguste and Bloc Québécois candidate Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné face off again, with Sinclair-Desgagné aiming to retain the Blocs stronghold. The byelection is one of three nationwide and could help the Liberals reach a majority. Both candidates are campaigning vigorously, with Auguste emphasizing her community roots and Sinclair-Desgagné reminding voters its just a byelection. Conservatives and NDP havent named candidates yet, while Greens have Benjamin Rankin. Last time, Liberals and Bloc each received over twenty-three thousand votes, with Conservatives at nearly eleven thousand.
