Red flag orders implemented after the Portapique mass shooting in Nova Scotia are not being tracked, according to a new investigation. Provincial and territorial firearms officers, as well as the Ontario Provincial Police, Quebecs police force, and the federal Public Safety ministry, have no data on these orders.
