OC Transpos Line One LRT faces another challenge: a downed overhead wire at Blair station, causing service disruption east of uOttawa. Replacement buses are in operation. This issue follows a series of power problems linked to ice buildup, including a snapped wire near Lees station and two new issues near Tremblay and Blair. Trains are still running between Tunneys Pasture and uOttawa, with buses covering the Lyon to Blair route and the Cyrville to St-Laurent shuttle. Repairs could take most of the day. This is not the first time overhead wires have caused disruptions, with similar issues in previous years. Line One service is also affected by a wheel issue found earlier this year.
