Diagnosed with juvenile dermatomyositis at age four, she endured a year of fevers, severe pain, and muscle weakness. After multiple hospital stays, tests, and treatments, including chemotherapy, Ivy now manages her condition with regular checkups and Beads of Courage. As Champion Child, she represents sick kids across Saskatchewan and looks forward to sharing her story.
