VyStar Good is Everywhere Campaign/Navigating Nerd Culture/Matching Litigation with Legislation

Dawn Ofodile the Assistant V.P. Of Regional Community Engagement shared information about the "Good is Everywhere" campaign that VyStar initiated to bring Free experiences to our community. Look for members of their team to "post up" at events with opportunities to share. They are giving their employees chances to engage in their own way as a "giveback" that can benefit everyone. A term he uses freely to describe his acceptance of his "nerdity," a word we developed on air to describe someone who is not only smart but also considered a bit awkward. Christie, born and raised in Tallahassee, is a Public Relations consultant. However, as a child he learned that "being different is cool!" He found his "tribe and right frequency" and is thriving in a PhD program in sociology - studying trauma through a kid's lens and using comic books to help them cope.
