We spend a lot of time discussing the housing market and aspects that you may not be thinking about. Do you own rental property, or AirBNB, or any real estate... You need to hear this. You may even need to hear this 5-6 times. But make sure you understand what we are saying. If you don't this year may be quite painful for you.
