Norbert je vyštudovaný stratég. Na finančných trhoch sa pohybuje od roku 2000. Začal s denným obchodovaním a neskôr sa preorientoval na investovanie. V roku 2007 stál pri zrode Papučového investora, ktorý pôvodne vznikol ako investičný klub 4 členov. V januári 2014 spustil Papučového investora ako službu pre všetkých.
