Even though cryptocurrency only exists online, it has very real environmental effects IRL. Bitcoin production uses the same amount of energy as entire countries. All of this sounds like bad news for Mother Earth, right? There’s only one planet and plenty of cryptocurrencies, so we have to put the planet first. Let’s take a look at some solutions.
