I know it can be challenging to know what the best decision can be when money is a major factor. But what if you could make your next career move WITHOUT money being the #1 motivator?
Should I go back to work, or not? Should I start the business? Should I take a job that's more fulfilling for less pay? Lots to think about, and in today's episode I share the story of one of my clients Elizabeth who recently made a similar decision and we talk about how she was able to make a proactive decision from a position of strength instead of a reactive decision from a place of stress.
