Today’s episode highlights the Real-Time Information Center (RTIC) in Vacaville through the eyes of its manager, Nikki Bell, who has more than 20 years in law enforcement. The RTIC is a modern hub combining video surveillance, dispatch integration, license plate recognition, drones, and other real-time tools to improve response times, officer safety, and community awareness.
