Moms, we’re celebrating International Women’s History Month! To kick it off, we’re talking about how moms define success: what it means, how we get it, and how we’re showing up for other moms along the way.
Enter Stacey Luces, our incredible guest who tells us exactly how to stop checking boxes and live authentically according to our own unique values.
Stacey is a powerhouse; she is a mother of two teens based in Florida who is a Leadership Coach & Business Strategist.
Her career spans the private sector (IBM) and working for the federal government in strategic planning (including FEMA). Stacey is honest about how she climbed the corporate ladder, and then lost herself to burnout. She is beautifully open about how she rebuilt her life and is now helping women feel connected and fulfilled, plus:
* feeling forced to work like she wasn’t a mother: arriving to work early, staying late and working through lunch
* the near-death experience that changed everything about her definition of success
* how our values around money and security propel us in ways we might not be conscious of
* eradicating the shame that comes with pregnancy loss as a mother who lost three children on her path to motherhood
* allowing our children to show up as partners in our healing journey
* how to determine if you’ll be at a job for a stint or for a longer season…and why we should care
The camaraderie in this conversation is palpable and so worth the time you’ll invest listening. You can learn more about Stacey at staceyluces.com and make sure to follow her on Instagram @stacey.luces
