Project Raven is a state-of-the-art cyber-espionage program in the United Arab Emirates started by Mohamed bin Zayed al-Nahyan (known as MbZ). It keeps tabs on anyone who poses a threat to the country. And, they were using American hackers to spy on their own citizens.
