Kellie apart from being a registered buyers agent is a certified valuer and real estate agent. We spent a lot of time talking about how to find out what the reasonable value for the property is when you're looking around in the market. Her view on the growth that's happening in the last bit of great global migration as well as tips for finding a balance between letting FOMO make you a bit crazy with your property decisions. First is securing the property when the opportunity is in front of you.
