Yamamoto, who signed a $325 million, 12-year deal, has a 19-10 record with a 2.66 ERA in regular-season games and a 7-2 record with a 2.25 ERA in playoff appearances. He is one of only four pitchers to win both Game Six and Game Seven in the same World Series. The team and fans are excited about his repeat assignment as they aim for a three-peat.
