Day in the Life of JACQUES BASSON : Commercial Cleaning Company that has their processes streamlined and working on outsourced model. We explore what a typical day looks like for Jacques
Pretty relaxed since the merger of his company 3 years ago that allows him not to be operationally involved, mainly focused on sales and marketing working from home.
In the mornings Jacques is incorporating journaling which removes the clutter from his mind and allows him to focus his thoughts.
At night he will listen to an audio book or podcast for enrichment.
His exercise routine involves trail running in the mornings during summer time.
The one habit he would like to improve on is to have consistency in his evening routine in terms of reflecting on the day.
