Pastoral ministry is tough! There is so much to do, so many voices to appease, so many areas of ministry that it doesn't seem like there is enough space for missions in the pastor's agenda. Add to that the fact that there is a vacuum of training and preparation to do this. This episode helps us understand the obstructions so that we can win the battle with a clearer vision.
