2. เลือกคนเข้าประชุมให้ถูก

3. มีการเลือก agenda ที่จำเป็นจริงและกำหนดให้ชัดๆไม่อ้อมค้อม

4. ตั้งเป้าลดเวลาการประชุม

5. ต้อง (บังคับ) ให้มีการเตรียมการมาก่อนประชุม

6. มี House- Keeping ที่ดี :

7. การประชุมไม่ใช่ Homeroom

8. เก็บเครื่องมือสื่อสารให้หมด
