1 Timothy Chapter 4 warns of false teachings and the importance
of godliness. Paul predicts some will abandon the faith for deceitful
teachings inspired by demons. He encourages Timothy to teach
against these lies and to train for godliness, which is valuable in all
aspects of life. Paul reminds him that material gain isn’t the goal; instead, godliness with contentment brings true wealth.
