Ep 84Jennifer Kesse
Episode 84 Jennifer Kesse 24 year old Jennifer Kesse vanished in Orlando, Florida on January 24th ,2006. People that knew Jennifer best, right away were concerned, because Jennifer was an organized professional who would never go off on a whim. Her car, a black 2004 Chevrolet Malibu was missing from it's parking spot in front of her condo in the up and coming Mosaic at Millenia condo complex. On January 26th, after seeing the news of Jennifer's disappearance on the news, someone called in a tip that her car could be found at the Huntington on the Green Condominiums, about a mile from her home. Police went to the scene and verified that her car was indeed parked at the seedy Huntington on the Green Condominiums, about a mile from her home, but there was no sign of Jennifer. Police caught a break when they reviewed grainy surveillance photos of the car being parked there, and they were shocked to see that Jennifer was not the person who exited the vehicle. Instead, they could see that a slim person, possibly a male standing between 5ft3 and 5ft5 had parked the card and left on foot. Unfortuately, a fence in the surveillance photos obstructed the view of the driver's face. Dogs tracked the scent from Jennifer's car right back to her condo development leading to suspisions that the person who likely abducted her had walked back to Jennifer's condo complex, and perhaps had reason to be there. It came to light that Jennifer had been wary of some men who were working at her condo complex in the days before she vanished. Police tried to investigate some of those men, but ran into hurdles when they found that the company that employed them did not keep proper records, sometimes paid under the table, and often hired people that were in the country illegally. One tip led to a man named Chino who had worked at the apartment complex. While he may have had information about what happened to Jennifer, he reportedly cooperated with investigators. Jennifer's case eventually went cold but became a popular one in the media and on online discussion forums. Jennifer's family, feeling that things were at a standstill and feeling underwhelmed by the investigation, sued the Orlando PD in order to obtain case files and have the case re-investigated by another agency. It's unclear exactly what clues there are to go in, but reportedly, there was evidence that there may have been a struggle on the hood of Jennifer's car, and DNA may have been recovered. As of today, it's unclear how much progress is being made if any in Jennifer's case, and no sign of Jennifer herself has ever been found. In this episode, Jennifer's uncle Bill Gilmour, who wrote a book about the case and aftermath, is the guest in this episode, and shares his and the rest of Jennifer's family's insights. When she vanished, Jennifer was described as being 5ft8, 135 lbs, and having Green eyes and sandy blonder hair. She had a shamrock tattoo on her left hip. Incredibly, the trailer was removed, and according to Rusty's landlord, it was sold. Roxanne has actively been trying to keep Rusty's case in the spotlight, and figure out what happened to him. Ep 78Maura Murray
Episode 78 Maura Murray 21 year old Maura Murray vanished on the night of February 9, 2004 after her car slid off the road on Rt. 112 in Haverhill, New Hampshire. More than one of the residents living near that area reported the crash to police who quickly responded to the scene. The witnesses saw a young woman, presumed to be Maura, on foot near the crashed car. She appeared to be physically okay, but by the time police arrived minutes later, Maura was gone. Extensive searches of the snow covered area failed to lead searchers to Maura, and she's been missing ever since. Police discovered open containers of alcohol in Maura's Black Saturn when they searched the scene following her accident. They theorized that she had been drinking while driving and crashed as a result. When they began to look at Maura's actions and movements leading up to her disappearance, it only led to more questions. Maura, had been a track star, and a cadet at the prestigious West Point Academy. She was in a long distance relationship with her fiance. On the surface, it seemed as if Maura had a bright future, but below the surface, it appears as if Maura was struggling. She had left West Point after shoplifting some items, and had confided in her sister that she was struggling with alcohol. Maura attempted to pick up the pieces, and enrolled at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where she decided to pursue a career in nursing. Police learned that early on the day she vanished, Maura had emailed her professors telling them that there was a death in her family, and that she'd be leaving campus for a week; something that was not true. From there, Maura placed a call to the owner of a condominium in Bartlett, NH, which is a place that was special to Maura and that she had spent time at in the past with her family. That afternoon, Maura packed a bag with makeup, school books, and several days' worth of clothes, and set out in her car. She stopped at an ATM and withdrew $280 in cash before buying $40 worth of alcohol. Just before 7:30 that night, police were called to the scene of her accident where they found her abandoned car. What happened to Maura Murray? Was her disappearance connected to struggles she seemed to be dealing with leading up to her disappearance, or did she meet with foul play following her accident? Did she wander off from the scene, and pass away due to the WInter conditions and her remains were somehow missed in searches? There has been no shortage of speculation about Maura's fate. Her case has been the focus of podcasts, tv shows, books, and online forum discussions, yet despite all the attention on Maura's case, it remains an unsolved mystery. When she vanished, Maura Murray was described as being a White Female with light Brown hair, and Green/Blue eyes. She stood 5ft7 and weight 120-125 pounds. Anyone with information related to Maura Murray's disappearance is asked to contact the New Hampshire Cold Case Unit at (603) 223-3648 or via email at [email protected] To learn more about Maura's case, visit the website her family has set up If you'd like to support this podcast via a donation, you can do so through Patreon here- https://www.patreon.com/MissingPodcast To contact the podcast or learn more about the cases we discuss visit: Missingpersonspodcast.com Follow us on Social media- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Missing-Persons-Podcast-103501877912153 or Twitter: https://twitter.com/Missing_Pod

Jeremy Scott Reagan
Episode 72 Jeremy Scott Reagan 40 Year Old Jeremy Scott Reagan vanished On August 27, 2022 and has not been seen since. Following an argument with family in his Forest Park, Oklahoma home, Jeremy headed out of the home reportedly to cool off in an area he went to when he needed to de-stress. This area was the Lexington Wildlife Management area, a 10,000 acre piece of land in Lexington, OK used by hunters, campers, fishermen, and outdoor enthusiasts. But instead of calming down and coming back home, Jeremy seemed to disappear. His family alerted authorities, who found his locked pickup truck near the entrance to the wildlife area. Inside, they located Jeremy's wallet and his phone which was turned off. Missing was Jeremy himself, and a gun that he had brought with him. Having a gun was not out of the ordinary for Jeremy when he went into the woods as he was a survivalist and always prepared to protect himself against wild animals. Organized searches of the management area failed to find any sign of Jeremy. Even after the police stopped searching, Jeremy's family and friends continued looking, but still came up empty handed. A private investigator also failed to find any clues. When it came to light that Jeremy had been unhappy with his job, and his move to Oklahoma, and since he had left home with a gun following an argument, some people theorized that Jeremy may have headed out to the wildlife area he enjoyed so much to take his own life. But if that was the case, where are his remains? The area has been heavily traveled by hunters, and game wardens. Controlled burns have reduced the foliage allowing more of the area to be visible, but still no sign of Jeremy has been found. Additionally, there are many game cameras in the area, and none of them captured any images of Jeremy. Today, over eight months after Jeremy vanished, his family and friends are as in the dark as they were in the days after he went missing. Jeremy's mom Robin discusses Jeremy's case in this episode, and talks about efforts to find him, and the frustration of not having any answers. When it was learned that Andrea had been locked out of her Mom's home the night she vanished, and had reportedly argued with family, it caused both police and the public to look closely at Andrea's loved ones. Cadaver dogs were brought into search, and the mostly crime-free neighborhood was scoured looking for clues including security surveillance, but nothing was found. Perhaps, the most valuable clue was the activity and movements on Andrea's phone which has only led to more questions than answers, and some people who may have those answers are not cooperating. Andrea, who was willing to help so many people via her work and time as a missing persons advocate, remains missing herself. In this episode, Andrea's sister Erin, who was the last person to see her older sister, discusses the case, and her efforts to find Andrea. When Andrea Knabel vanished, she was described as 5ft7, 190lbs, w/ Brown hair, and Blonde highlights, and having Hazel eyes. She was last seen in the 4000 Block of Fincastle RD in Louisville, KY wearing a light colored tank top and shorts. A reward is being offered in the case. Charles Hollingsworth
Episode 53 Charles Hollingsworth Charles Hollingsworth seemed to have it all. He was a doctor with a successful medical practice in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. He was married with 2 daughters, and lived an adventurous lifestyle with a love of jet skiing, running, and the outdoors. From all outward appearances, life was good for the 6ft1 doctor with 1950's movie star-leading man-like looks. But 1970 was a rough year for the 38 year-old. His marriage had fallen apart, and his wife finally left him after years of his infidelities. His wife found new love, but Charles found himself living alone. He was battling financial problems, and his family believed he had undiagnosed Manic Depression. On October 26, 1970, Charles left his office following an argument and was never seen again. His car was found abandoned in a desolate area 24 miles from where he was last seen. Inside the car were several of his belongings, including his gun and running shoes, but there was no sign of Charles, and he was never seen again. His case has been linked by some as possibly being connected to the missing persons case of Donna Lass. Lass, a nurse at a South Lake Tahoe casino, had moved into an apartment less than a mile from Charles Hollingsworth's apartment, just a day before she vanished on September 6, 1970. Charles Hollingsworth was declared legally dead, seven years after he vanished, but his family wants to know the truth about what happened to him, and they haven't totally ruled out the possibility that he left his old life behind to start over. Sandra Eckert
Episode 52 Sandra Eckert 70 year old mother and grandmother, Sandra Eckert went missing on March 26, 2021. She was last known to be at her home on the 7200 block of South North Cape Road in Franklin, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. Her husband claimed that she threatened to leave following an argument and that she had been drinking. He claims he took keys to one of their vehicles to stop her, but that she still managed to leave the house in a second vehicle in the very early morning hours. Police saw the vehicle, a Gray 2005 Dodge Stratus with WI license plate #319LGT, but it was unclear whether Sandra was driving. Police didn't pull it over because Sandra had not been reported missing yet. Had they done so, there may be answers in the case. Sandra was never seen again, nor was her car. Due to Sandra's husband's story changing and his admittedly cold relationship with Sandra, he's a prime person of interest in the case, and suspicion of him had caused major division in the family forcing family members to take sides. In this episode, Sandra's daughter Kelsey walks us through her Mom's mysterious and frustrating case, and helps us understand what's going on behind the scenes. Sandra is 5'7″ and weighs 130lbs, she has blonde hair and green eyes. She was last wearing black leggings, colorful tennis shoes, and a large navy blue and teal North Carolina Tarheels starter jacket Anyone with information is asked to call Franklin Police Department at 414-425-2522. Rebekah was in the process of going through a divorce and had separated from her husband following a turbulent relationship in which there were indications of domestic violence, including a no-contact order, but Rebekah was starting to plan out the next phase of her life and had recently moved into her own place. On July 20th, Rebekah arranged to meet her estranged husband's caregiver near a gas station in Superior, Montana to retrieve some of her belongings. Several days later, Cerberus's remains were found 10 miles down stream from where Rebekah's belongings were found. Police seemed to immediately latch on to the theory that Rebekah simply fell into the river, perhaps trying to save Cerberus, and drowned. Rebekah's family immediately uprooted their lives to move to Montana to search for Rebekah, and were met with several challenges, as well as what they feel have been close-minded investigators. Money in his bank account remained untouched. When David failed to return home, his family went to police who were of the opinion that he left on his own free will- something his family said he would never do.
