On Saturday, July 30, 2016, Luke Aikins became the first person ever to attempt and complete a skydive with neither a parachute nor a wing suit in an event called HeavenSent.
Advertising legend Jimmy Smith was a part of the team that made HeavenSent a success and prior to the jump joined Michael Gervais - on the Finding Mastery podcast and explained why Heaven Sent is the biggest risk he’s ever been a part of - ultimately the trust he has in the quality people working on the project including skydiver Luke Aikens make him believe everything would go according to plan.
