In this episode Gary Mansfield speaks to Lucy Oats @overnit.oats

Lucy Oates is a London based multidisciplinary artist

“I designed a piece for KCAW based off collages I’ve been doing over the years in response to my surrounding environments.

For me painting and designing murals is about uplifting areas and injecting pots of colour in to otherwise mundane/ neglected settings. Colour is really important to me and is something I really enjoy playing around with in my practice, I wanted to use colours that to me represent fun happy emotions in this piece.”
