This episode introduces my four-week online course Bounce Back from Burnout (BBfB).

BBfB is designed to kick start a paradigm shift for academics at every level so that they can prevent and/or overcome burnout no matter which stage they are on the burnout spectrum.

If you join, by the end of the four weeks, you will learn:

  • WHERE you stand on the burnout spectrum
  • WHY you are burned-out
  • WHAT kind of support you need
  • HOW you can bounce back


This four-week course is going to run once again for FREE in February 2022.

Admissions happen via application and the participants are expected to give constructive feedback during the course and a testimonial at the end.
