Show Notes

I used to think spiraling was just part of being emotional—until I realized it was actually my brain’s sneaky way of avoiding what I really needed to feel. In this episode, I talk about the real difference between processing an emotion and spiraling in it. One helps you move through life with more ease. The other keeps you stuck. I share stories from clients, from my own life, and some really practical ways to recognize what’s happening in your brain and body so you can start feeling your feelings instead of being overwhelmed by them. This one’s for you if you ever feel stuck, overly reactive, or exhausted by your own emotions (been there). You don’t have to spiral—you can learn to process. I promise.
