Show Notes
The holiday season is barreling towards us, and with it come family dinners, work parties, and just the general intensity of this time of the year. It’s easy to feel like you already know what’s coming and brace yourself for impact. But let me ask you a question, what if you could walk into these same situations but have a completely different internal experience? You can’t control your uncle drinking maybe a little bit too much or the gravy being *always* late, but you can change how your brain and body respond to these things. In this episode, I’m sharing regulation techniques that help you feel more neutral and grounded when surrounded by holiday chaos so you can actually enjoy the time you spend with your loved ones.
