The destiny of the premier league title remains far from certain, but North Midd and Bron both gained valuable ground with wins in Week 13. Poor old Osterley (Div 1) and Tower Hamlets (Div 3) are now mathematically relegated, with United Sports (Div 5) all but certain to suffer a similar fate.
