My name is Dr. David Madow, and I’m the founder and host of Microdose U, a podcast focused on psilocybin microdosing for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and overall mental health. Not long ago, I was barely hanging on. Daily life was filled with fatigue, anxiety, depression, and a complete lack of motivation. I tried medications, psychotherapy, meditation, yoga, and everything else I was told might help. Nothing truly worked. Then I discovered psilocybin. Through Microdose U, I share my personal journey from the very beginning, along with real conversations, lived experience, and honest exploration of microdosing as a tool for healing and growth.
