Niet vanuit de archiefkast, maar vanuit quarantaine. Gijs Groenteman belt de komende tijd mensen om te vragen hoe het ze vergaat in deze rare tijd. Zangeres Merol is minder positief en optimistisch dan ze zelf had verwacht. Maar toch blijft ze mooie vrolijke liedjes maken. En heeft haar vriend een hometrainer. Zo komt ze haar dagen wel door.
