Over the course of a decade of working for corporations specializing in Operations and Marketing Management, Alishia decided it was time to step away from the corporate grind. Still having a passion for marketing and helping businesses grow she found a fantastic mentorship program to help start up her own social media advertising agency, Social EllaMents Marketing. Now she's able to help businesses grow online (which she loves!) and has the flexibility needed for her family of four, plus two dogs, and a handful of chickens. It's a win-win in her book!
