This episode is an on-the-ground, messy real life story of what I have learned about life, the mind and myself during our house move. I often find that personal situations give me the biggest lessons. Selling our house and moving 8 hours north to Scotland has given me a huge opportunity to work with stress, uncertainty and my own expectations. There are 4 big lessons I've learned about the mind in the process, and a metaphor I want to share with you which has absolutely saved me over the past six months.
