Practice. Sitting down and being still and watching our minds. This is the only way to get where we want to go. We can't read ourselves there. We can't watch Eckhart Tolle on YouTube until we 'finally get it'. At some point, we have to stop the tendency to sit on the sidelines listening to others and bravely step into practice. In this episode, I talk about how we get stuck in study, how we can re-learn to trust ourselves and our own experience, and how to create a practice that we can really stick with.
