"The cultivation of gratitude and joy is the way home." This quote from a conversation between Oprah and Brene Brown has had me thinking about gratitude. Research has shown it isn't joy that makes us grateful for the many blessing in our lives. Rather, it's the opposite. Practicing gratitude is the thing that invites joy into our lives. Wow! In this episode, I talk about my own recent experiences in practicing gratitude. This includes expanding our understanding of gratitude to include ourselves!
