PoNys Michés, known for its ceviche and micheladas, is expanding with a new location in Tolleson, Arizona. The husband-and-wife team, Jose Flores and Analiz Gonzalez, started small but have quickly grown, opening a food truck, a full food truck, and their first brick-and-mortar in Goodyear. Theyre now set to open in Tolleson in 2026, with a downtown Phoenix location also in the works. The team is excited to grow and inspire the next generation, while staying true to their Mexican roots.
